While each cleaning project may differ, we follow a streamlined three-phase process to ensure a seamless and successful experience.
This process outlines our proven framework, designed to efficiently guide clients through the initial consultation and proposal stages, ultimately ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, customized cleaning services tailored to meet their needs.
Initial consultation & contact
Once we connect with you and gain a general understanding of your cleaning needs, we'll schedule an in-person walkthrough to assess the space and ensure we have a shared understanding of your cleaning expectations.
Walkthrough
During the walkthrough, we’ll thoroughly tour the space to determine the most efficient approach for your cleaning needs. This includes evaluating the scope of work, identifying pain points, and outlining staffing requirements. By the end of this process, we’ll have a clear plan in place that aligns your expectations with a tailored-to-you cleaning schedule. Once both parties are in agreement, we’ll move forward to the next phase of our partnership.
Proposal Review
Following the walkthrough and a thorough assessment, we will present a detailed proposal including a service agreement and a cleaning schedule addressing all the needs of your facility. Once the proposal is approved, we will confirm your method of payment, receive keys and/or access codes, and provide our certificate of insurance. Upon finalization, this phase will conclude with preparations for the successful implementation of services while you sit back and never have to worry about the task of cleaning again!
